Shelley Kruszewski is the Executive Director at the Androscoggin Land Trust. Shelley has been working at ALT since 2016 and was recently honored as one the Uplift LA (an affiliate of the LA Metro Chamber) 40 Under 40 recipients. She has a master’s degree in Community Planning and Development with a focus on land use and the environment from the Muskie School of Public Service. Shelley previously worked at the Association of State Wetland Managers, ReTreeUS (an organization that plants school orchards) and leading tours at a butterfly garden that included a leaf cutter ant colony and many other insects. She also previously worked for several years in the legal field and in a school admission office, where she coached a high school sports team. Shelley enjoys exploring the outdoors, especially near any source of water. Born and raised in Maine, Shelley lives in Auburn with her husband and their energetic dog.
